we care card members have a great new way to save, available only at Drug Fair and Cost Cutters. You continue to get sale prices on items throughout the store, and the opportunity to earn we care points good towards an unlimited amount of $5 coupons during the year!

How Does It Work?

For every dollar you spend at Drug Fair and Cost Cutters with your we care card, you earn 1 point. Earn 150 points and receive a $5 coupon printed at the cash register. Drug Fair and Cost Cutters will accumulate all of your points, throughout all of our stores. Simply present your we care card to the cashier with each purchase to have your points credited to your account. There will also be special opportunities to earn bonus points on selected items, to let you earn your $5 coupon even faster. Earn points with your we care card everyday, every time you shop at Drug Fair and Cost Cutters.

Q: How can I get a we care card?
A: Simply visit any Drug Fair or Cost Cutters and get a free we care card or go to Membership and apply online.

Q: What if my card is lost or missing?
A: If your card is lost or missing, you can get a replacement online or call 1-877-335-6925 for assistance.

Q: What do I do if I move, change my name or any other information that I supplied on my application?
A: You have two (2) ways to update your information, update your profile online or call our customer service representative at 1-877-335-6925 for assistance.

Q: What about the privacy of my information?
A: You never need to worry about ending up on another company’s mailing list. Drug Fair and Cost Cutters does not rent, sell or provide we care Members’ personal information to any organization or individual. We maintain the highest standards with respect to privacy, security and integrity of personal information.

Q: Can I use my we care card at any Drug Fair or Cost Cutters' store?
A: The we care card is accepted at all Drug Fair and Cost Cutters stores.

Q: Must I use a we care card to earn points?
A: Yes, you must have a we care card in order to have points credited to your account. If you forget your card on a particular shopping trip, just give the cashier your phone number and they can call up your account. If you do not have a we care card, you can apply in any store or online at www.drugfair.com or at www.costcuttersonline.com.

Q: How can I find out how many points I have?
A: There are three (3) ways to check your points.
1. At the bottom of your receipt, it will indicate the number of points you earned for that shopping transaction and the number of points you earned in total towards your $5.00 coupon.
2. Online, at www.drugfair.com or at www.costcuttersonline.com.
3. Call 1-877-335-6925.

Q: What happens if I forget my we care card?
A: You will receive your points if you can supply the cashier with the telephone number you used on your application.

Q: How often are my points updated?
A: Your points are updated at the end of your shopping trip. It may take up to 24 hours for your points to appear online.

Q: Do the points expire if I don’t meet the coupon bonus threshold of 150?
A: Points expire at the end of a points collection cycle. The current cycle will end December 31st, 2008.

Q: Can I donate my points to a charitable institution or non-profit organization?
A: No, at this point we care points are not transferable to charitable institutions or non-profit organizations.

Q: Can I transfer my points to another cardholder?
A: we care points cannot be bought, sold or transferred. They do not have any cash value. points can only be redeemed via a $5 we care coupon at Drug Fair or Cost Cutters’ stores once 150 points are accumulated.

Q: Can I earn extra/bonus points for any items purchased?
A: Yes, periodically we will offer bonus points or double points on one or more items. These special promotions will be advertised in our circular or coupon book as well as in store.

Q: When will I get my we care coupon?
A: Your $5 we care coupon will print out at the bottom of your register receipt after you accumulate 150 points.

Q: Is there any limit to how many coupons I can receive?
A: You earn a $5 reward for every 150 points earned and there is no limit as to how many rewards you can earn. A maximum of three $5 reward coupons will be delivered in a single transaction. If you qualify for four or more $5 rewards within a single shopping trip, you will receive three per transaction until all of your earned rewards have been delivered.

Q: Can I spend my $5 we care coupon on a purchase that costs less than $5?
A: $5 coupons can be used on any everyday or sale priced items (excluding the purchase of prescriptions, tobacco products, sales tax, NJ Lottery, postage stamps and other postal services, fax service, Coinstar services, gift cards, phone cards and other pre-paid debit cards). However, a minimum purchase of $5, before sales tax is required. No change or other coupons will be given.

Q: Can I give my we care coupon to someone else to redeem?
A: No, rewards are non-transferable. Each $5 we care coupon can only be redeemed with the same we care card that was used to earn the coupon. Your we care card number is printed on your receipt, and on the coupon itself.

Q: Can I redeem my we care coupon the same day I receive it?
A: we care coupons are valid the day after they are issued.

Q: Do I need my we care card to redeem my coupon?
A: Yes, you do need your card to redeem a coupon. If you forget to bring your card with you, the cashier can look up your account by using your phone number.

Q: Are the coupons good in all Drug Fair and Cost Cutters stores?
A: Yes, your we care coupon can be redeemed in any of our over fifty (50) locations.

Q: What happens if I lose my $5 coupon?
A: Lost coupons cannot be redeemed.
